Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible

21 Day Risk Free Returns Policy

The Magnifying Mirror Store offers a 21 day "Risk Free" Return Policy covering all our products excepting sale articles

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it "no questions asked".

(Sale articles cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind. However all our products, including sale articles, are covered by our 2 year replacement warranty and the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.)

When taking advantage of our "21 Day Returns Policy" the purchaser is responsible as follows.

  • The purchaser is responsible for payment of return shipping charges
  • An admin fee of NZD$29.00 will apply
  • Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Purchaser should email before returning a product. A Return Authority Number (RNA) will be issued by us. Goods returned without a Return Authority Number will not be accepted.
  • The amount refunded will be limited to the NZD$ amount paid less our NZD$29  Admin Fee. Currency exchange losses or gains, credit card fees, etc are to the account of the purchaser.

Procedure when returning an Item:
1.Please email us in advance to advise us of the return. 
Quote your invoice number and the date on your invoice. 
If you wish tell us the reason for the return. eg You don't like product, it doesn't fit, etc
Tell us if you would like an exchange for another product, a credit note or a refund..
2.A Return Authority Number will be issued to you and we will confirm a delivery address for the return. 
(This return number must be attached to the item being returned.)
3. Return the goods to us in original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Should you Receive incorrect Merchandise or Faulty Goods

All our products are sourced from leading European designers and manucturers and undergo rigorous quality control and testing.

In the event that there is a problem upon receiving an order, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.
