Free Delivery Terms

We ship freight free to addresses in NZ, Australia and USA.

This is a genuine free offer and covers all of the products we sell on this website.

NB: We reserve the right not to offer delivery to areas where our forwarders do not offer a regular delivery service or where delivery is impractical.

NZ CUSTOMERS:

Generally we use Fastway Couriers or NZ Post within NZ. You should allow 2 to 5 working days using this service.

Delivery can be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes.

We will put special delivery instructions on the shipment if you request. Please provide a delivery address that is secure. If possible also provide a telephone number with your order.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

We use a NZ Post Courier service to Australian destinations. This service operates in conjunction with Australia Post. You should allow 3-6 days for delivery.

Delivery can be a physical address or a PO Box in main centres. If possible please provide a telephone number with your order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES: Under the current rules, Import consignments valued at less than AUD$1,000 can be imported into Australia free of customs duty and import GST.

If your order is over AUD$1000 then you may be contacted by Australian Customs to pay import duties. Clients may prefer to split larger orders into several smaller ones valued under AUD$1,000. In all cases customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes will be the clients responsibility.

USA CUSTOMERS:

We use a NZ Post Courier service to USA destinations. You should allow 3-8 days for delivery.

Delivery can be a physical address or a PO Box. Please provide a telephone number with your order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES: If applicable US customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes will be the clients responsibility.
